Are you ready for another story by Fish.  Guess so seeing as you are still here. Get a cup of coffee and listen to Fish spin another yarn.            It happened many years ago when Fish was a wee lad of about 10 years or so. Fish and some of his nephews were going to have a horseweed fight. Now if you don't know what a horseweed is it is a tall weed that is big round and grows tall. This is something that you young's don't want to try cause it can be dangerous. But back when we made our own toys we did dumb things.

Well Fish went down to the old hog lot to gather some big horseweeds. Fish looked up and saw a GREAT BIG ONE. Just as Fish reached for it he saw a big old Blue Racer curled around it. Now let me tell you Fish took off out of there. Fish was about 60 feet from the house what did he do?

He ran about 1/8 a mile to his brothers house, down the gravel road about ¼ mile, and about ¼ mile up the same long lane he ran when he was scared on Halloween. Never even slowed down until he got back home. Fish was running so fast that the snake had to stop and catch his wind Fish had done out ran that snake. Which at that point he was about 60 feet from where he had started his big race with the Blue Racer.

To this day Fish is afraid of snakes.  To Fish the only good snake is a dead snake. Well hope you enjoyed your few minutes with Fish and check out all his other stories
