.  So finally Dave kept insisting that they had better count them, Fish pulled up the basket. The bottom of the basket had let lose and as fast as Dave and Fish was catching them they just fell right on thru.

The first thought was that they had been catching the same ones over and over again. But no Fish fixed the bottom of the basket so that couldn't happen and they went on to catch their limit. But the look on Dave's face when he saw what had happened was priceless. Just remember if you use a fish basket make sure that the bottom is secure.

Thank you for listening to Fish tell his story. And if you liked it please pass it on.

May your boat never leak.
May your line never break.
And may the fish always bite

OOPS THEY GOT AWAY

Hello there are you ready for another story by Fish well you must be or you wouldn't be here. Just set back and laugh about another adventure or misadventure with Fish.

It happened at what was to be Fish's favorite fishing spot. Fish and one of his new officers we will call him Dave. Dave was going to show Fish a good fishing spot and that he did. Dave took Fish down this long rough winding road. After many bumps, where Fish thought his boat would bounce plum off the trailer, they got there.

Let me tell you they were catching Crappie and Fish was really loading down his fish basket. Dave asked how many they had. Well Fish was to busy catching crappies to even think about it. Fish had never saw so many big Crappies in all his life. These rascals were running about 16 inches long and man were they heavy.
